Monumental museum and library in memory of the most Venerable Maha Thera, Sanskrita Chakravarti, Sanskrita Sahitya Visarada, Gina Sasana Keerthi, Sanskrita Sahitya Sarasvati, Daivi Bhasha Paramesvara and Chief High Priest of the Udarata Amarapura Samagri Sanga Sabha Agga Maha Panditha the Late Davuldena Gnanissara Thero.
Foundation Laying Ceremony was held on 30th October 2017 and the Opening Ceremony on 12th October 2019 at Nugegoda, Sri Lanka.
